Graduation Ceremony of Merryland College held in Biratnagar

Biratnagar: 76 students studying in Merryland College Biratnagar, have graduated in Bachelor of Business Management (BBM).The students were graduated on Sunday evening in the college, affiliated to the University of Wolverhampton. 

Among the graduate students, 40 were female students. In a press conference, Geoff Layer, Vice President of the University said that the manpower produced in the college will be mobilized in the global market easily and smoothly and he also expressed his satisfaction of providing International based education since 2002. Kelvin Neji from the University said that the graduate students will increase the dignity of Nepal and Nepalese students in the global market.

Sulav Budhathoki of Innovative Nepal Group agreed that the college has established with an objective of producing skilled manpower. Head of the College, Bheshraj Pokharel informed that the college had been sending its students to the country like the United Kingdom(UK) and Thailand for gaining skills and expertise in the field.  Dr. Gurumuk Singh of the University said that there is no difference between the students of UK and Nepali students in achieving skill and efficiency. The college had introduced the BBM course four years ago and 80 percent graduated got the job opportunities. Currently, 300 students are studying in the college where 10 percent of students belongs to India.
