Open Call for Art Competition: Nepal Airlines Corporation

Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), the country's flag carrier, is organizing an art competition. Interested artists, innovative people, and students at all levels are all encouraged to apply their pieces of art. All entries must fit the below-mentioned criteria/specifications:

• Original in concept and may not violate any copyright laws.
• Artwork may be up to 20"X30".
• Brief biographical information and a PP size photo will be required while submission. 
• NAC will reserve the right to utilize the artworks for corporate purposes once submitted for this competition. However, the copyright will be reserved.

The selection process

Three winners will be selected as first, second, and third among the participants. The winner will be awarded by air tickets as:

1st prize: Round Trip KTM-HKG-KTM, transferable 

2nd prize: Round Trip KTM-KUL-KTM, transferable

3rd prize: Round trip KTM-DEL-KTM, transferable 

Theme

The contribution made by the national flag carrier, Nepal Airlines, in the tourism sector in its more than a six-decade-long aviation history. Similarly, Nepal's tourist destinations (such as Mt. Everest, Lumbini, Janakpur, etc), tourism products, the logo of NAC, livery, NAC's corporate color, etc should be taken into consideration. 

Guidelines

• Paintings - including oil, acrylics, and watercolor 
• Drawings - including pastels, charcoal, pen and ink, colored pencil, pencil, and markers.
• Mixed Media - use of more than two mediums such as pencil, watercolor, ink, etc. 
• Collages - must be two-dimensional.

Your artwork should be submitted by 17th May 2021.
