"Readers are leaders", they say. Reading is said to be the fuel that drives innovation and creative thinking. To commemorate and promote reading culture here in Nepal, 'Shiksha Nepal' was established in 2017 AD.
Shiskha Nepal is hosting the third edition of its annual event "National Reading Mela" on Falgun 26, 2075 (February 9, 2019) at Nepal Academy (प्रज्ञा प्रतिष्ठान), Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The theme for 3rd National Reading Mela 2019 is "Celebrate Reading" (पढाईको आनन्द मनाऔँ).
The event will revolve around the ways of reading culture where many writers, thinkers, and analysts will share their valuable insights related to the topic. The speakers include leading authors, thinkers, and experts of their field namely Narayan Wagle, Khagendra Shangraula, Yug Pathak, Subin Bhattarai, Radha Paudel, Manushi Yami Bhattarai, Somat Ghimre, and Prakash Bikalpa.
The event will also have musical and literary performances.

Anyone who is enthusiastic about reading can join this event.
