The First Convocation Ceremony of Mid Western University is going to held on Ashad-19 Monday (3rd July, 2017) in the Central office building of MWU at Kuinipani area, Surkhet. Students who want to participate in the convocation ceremony are required to present in the venue wearing Gown/Scurf and Hat by 10:30 pm and be seated according to the seating arrangement done.

Gown/Scurf and Hat Distribution:

Time: 10 am to 4:30 am
Venue: Examination Controller office of Mid Western University, Itram-7 Surkhet
Gown, Scurf and Hat wont be distributed in the convocation date.
Students should carry the application form for the convocation while coming to participate in the convocation ceremony.
