Students at IIMS undergo a rigorous selection procedure. The intake being limited, they are admitted through a properly conducted selection process at national level. A rigorous three-tier system of screening is followed i.e. an evaluation of the candidature and/or written test (where necessary) followed by the group discussion and personal interview. Due to the stringent selection criteria only really deserving candidate are admitted.

B.Sc. (Hons) Computing:

Candidates with minimum 50% and above in +2 and have minimum 50% marks in Mathematics in SLC.

OR,

Candidates with minimum 2 principle subjects in A Level

BA (Hons) Hospitality Management:

Candidates with 50% and above in +2 

OR,

Candidates with minimum 2 principle subjects in A Level 

English Requirements (Only for Computing and Hospitality Management):

A score of 213 (computer based) / 550 (writing`````````` based) / 79-80 (Internet Based) in TOEFL

OR,

Band 5.5 in IELTS

OR,

Passing the English Placement Test (EPT) conducted by University
