Diploma in International Professional Culinary Arts, also known as DICA is a
specially designed course for students who want to specialize in food production. Students who have completed their SEE are eligible to apply for the DICA program.
DICA is a two-year curriculum with four semesters, with three of them held at Fishtail Mountain School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Management. Students complete their internships at luxury hotels for the last semester (fourth). Students will receive a Triple Certificate Program after completing their fourth semester (Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts from American Hospitality Academy, USA, and Fishtail Mountain & Commercial Cooking & Baking Course from CTEVT, Nepal)
