Youths of fully literate district can't even sign

According to the report published in Kantipur Daily today (2074/10/02), more than 80% youths from Chepang community of Dhading district are still illiterate. Many youths from Tamang settlement of Northern Dhading and Chepang settlement of Southern Dhading can't even read and write. These youths use their finger-print instead of signing the necessary government documents.

Dhading was announced Fully Literate District (पूर्ण साक्षर जिल्ला) on 2014 showing the reports that 98.4% of the adults can identify alphabets of Nepali language and write their name.
