TU officials locked-up by protesting part-time teachers

Protesting part-time teachers have caged the TU officials inside a room demanding their long-term demands to be appointed on a contract basis to be fulfilled as soon as possible. The part time teachers locked the officials inside the Janaprashasan Camus from Tuesday afternoon. The officials inside the locked doors were vice-Chancellor Tirtha Khaniya, Education Head Sudha Tripathi and Reigistrar Dilli Upreti. 
Locked inside the meeting room, Education Head Tripathi said " The protesting lecturers did not come when we called them for the dialouges." The protesting teachers have mentioned that despite of the 29 days long relay strike TU has not given any attention to their demands.
