Tribhuvan University Teachers Association (TUTA) issued a three-day ultimatum to the Tribhuvan University (TU) administration to fulfill its 11 point demands, on Friday.
In a press statement, the body of TU professors have threatened to launch a fresh protest if TU failed to heed their demands.
Putting forth a fresh 11-point demands, It has also accused the TU administration of not implementing the past agreements forged with them on number of issues.
The body of professors at the TU has demanded for immediate announcement of vacancies on various posts in the TU in line with the report submitted by the Jha-led taskforce.
Other demands of Professors are timely conducting the exams of various level and programs of Tribhuvan University and publishing the results of Tribhuvan University within 3 months of exams, provisions of Health insurance for teachers etc.
