Pokhara, Feb 14 (RSS): The Second International Youth Conference is set to take place in the tourism city of Pokhara from 16-20 February. The International Youth Summit Nepal is hosting the event.
As many as 250 youths representing various 18 countries would participate in the five-day conference being held with the slogan of 'Participatory Youth Leadership for Sustainable Development'.
Youth Summit Chairperson Subas Malla shared that the national youth council leaders, youth leaders representing different political parties and finance experts are taking part in the event.
He further informed that resource persons including Oman's former minister and youth leaders from US, New Zealand, Malaysia, India, Bahrain, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mexico and Sudan are imparting training to the participants on the occasion.
The conference will dwell on the topics of youth leadership development, entrepreneurship, sustainable development goals, safe migration, quality education and global youth partnership.
