Kathmandu, June 5: Two organizations of private schools' owners have expressed their reservation to the Education Regulations-2073 BS for not giving due recognition to the private schools.

At a news conference Monday, the Private and Boarding Schools Organization, Nepal (PABSON) and National Private and Boarding Schools' Association (NPABSON) have warned to take to the streets saying that their recommendations were not accommodated in the content of the Regulations.

The representatives of the organizations claimed that the procedure fixed 15 years ago regarding the fees was unscientific and the provision of taking ministry's approval for sale, exchange and addition of the properties was against the spirit of the federalism.

PABSON's chair Bijaya Sambahamphe and NPABSON's chair Karna Bahadur Shahi shared their opinions during the meet. RSS
