NMA warns government in order to revoke the National Medical College affiliation immediately

In a press release, Nepal Medical Association has warned to close down the hospitals across the country if the decison of grant affiliation to Kathmandu National Medical College, Ghattekulo is not revoked immediately by the government. NMA has submitted a memorandum to the prime minister, education minister, health minister and Tribhuvan University and others concerned parties to cancel the improper affiliation as soon as possible. The association has also decided to discuss the issue and its protest programmes with Professional Alliance for Peace and Democracy, Nepal. NMA has insited doctors on wearing black arm band to show their protest aginst the decision TU, working from August 28 until further notice.
