ANNFSU awarded scholarships to under-privileged and diligent students

ANNFSU has awarded scholarships to150 under-privileged and diligent students.

The union organized a program here to honor the SEE passed out students to give away the scholarships. The scholarships were granted in the memory of ex-chairman of ANNFSU, Ramnath Dhakal.

The recipients of scholarships will be studying in the different Government and private colleges in the Kathmandu valley. The students will be granted the total cost of plus two education for study in faculties of Science, Humanities, Education or Management.

In the event, Central member of CPN-UML, Rabindra Adhikari provided stationary materials to the students. According to vice-chairman Acharya, only those students who cleared their secondary education examination from district such as Kailali, Bardia, Kanchanpur, Dolakha, Jumla and ten districts as such were awarded the scholarships. Established as a memorial to ex-chairman Dhakal , the scholarship has been provided by ANNFSU since last year.
