Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences published time and venue of B.Sc. Nursing/BPT, B.Sc. Lab. Med. And B.Sc. MIT Entrance Examination 2019.  

With reference to the notice published on 8th August 2019 regarding Entrance Test of B.Sc. in Nursing/Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging Technology (B.Sc. MIT) and Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine (B.Sc.Lab. Med.) have been arranged as follows: 

1. B.Sc. in Nursing/Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) 

Time for Entrance Test: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM 

Entrance Test: 31st August 2019 

Entrance test Venue/Center:

3. Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine (B.Sc.Lab. Med.) 

Time for Entrance Test: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM 

Entrance Test: 31st August 2019 

Entrance test Venue/Center: Khwopa Secondary School, Dekocha, Bhaktapur 

Applicants must bring  ADMIT CARD  to appear in the entrance test. Please note that candidates Without ADMIT CARD  will NOT be allowed to enter the Examination Hall.

Applications are invited for the B.Sc. in Nursing/Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging Technology (B.Sc. MIT) and Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine (B.Sc.Lab. Med.) Programs under Kathmandu University

Eligibility Criteria

1. BSc. in Nursing/BPT Program: Completed 10+2 year of education or equivalent qualification with Minimum 2.4 GPA in aggregate and minimum C+ in Physics, Chemistry and Biology separately and minimum C in other subjects,

OR

Completed 10+2 year of education or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and should have secured an aggregate of 50% or more marks in the subjects mentioned above put together and aggregate of 50% overall (Non-grading system)

2. Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging Technology (B.Sc. MIT) Program 

 Successfully completed 10 + 2 years of education or equivalent with minimum 2.4 GPA in aggregate and minimum C+ in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and minimum Cin other subjects, or Competed 10+2 year of education or Intermediate of Science (I.Sc.) or equivalent having 50 % in aggregate (Grand total) with Biology, Chemistry and Physics as main subject and should have secured not less than 50 % of marks in each subject (PCB),

OR

Completed Certificate level in Diagnostic Radiography with 50% marks or more and registered in related professional council.

3. Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Medicine (B.Sc.Lab. Med.) Program 

 Successfully completed 10 + 2 years of education or equivalent with minimum 2.4 GPA in aggregate and minimum C+ in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and minimum C in other subjects, or Competed 10+2 year of education or Intermediate of Science (I.Sc.) or equivalent having 50 % in aggregate (Grand total) with Biology, Chemistry, Physics as main subject and should have secured not less than 50 % of marks in each subject (PCB),

OR

Completed Certificate level in Medical laboratory technology with 50% marks or more and registered in related professional council.

OR

Completed Certificate level in Medical laboratory technology with 50% marks or more and registered in related professional council.

The applicants must fill up and submit online application form from www.kusms.edu.np with a copy of bank voucher of Nepal Investment Bank worth NRs.3000/- each form (nonrefundable), deposited in the name of KUSMS Account Number: 00505030017934 on or before 22 August 2019.

Deposit can be made through any branches of Nepal Investment Bank.

Candidates who have submitted online application forms need to COLOR print their Admit Card by themselves and must bring on the day of entrance test. Candidates without their Admit Card will NOT be allowed to enter Examination Center
