Eligibility
- A degree from an accredited university or institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, or 5 years serving as a principal or deputy professor in a university.
- Applicants must fall within the age range of 35 to 55 years.
Required Documents
- A personally attested Nepalese citizenship copy
- Attested duplicates of academic credentials, with equivalency certificates if necessary
- Verified evidence of relevant teaching or administrative experience
- A 4-year action plan and concept paper, with a maximum limit of 2,500 words
- Duplicates of academic articles or research papers, if accessible
Term and Benefits
- Duration of Agreement: The initial term is set for 4 years, with the chance of prolongation based on performance.
- Compensation and Benefits: In line with the Nepal Government Teacher Service scale for Secondary Teacher First Class, accompanied by additional perks as specified by the Nepal Police School.
