Ace Institute of management is a leading provider of management education in the country. We invite people with passion for education and education management to apply for the following positions:

Program Coordinator – Graduate program (2)

The program coordinator is primarily an education administrator and facilitator. S/he will assist the program director in designing, planning, implementing and monitoring of the assigned graduate program of the school. S/he will also teach and manage related academic support activities, research, and train and be part of consulting assignments.

Some requirements related to the position are as follows:

Education: Master’s degree / Preferably MBA or EMBA

Knowledge: Specialized in a managerial function area (Finance, Accounting, HRM, Marketing, Operations Research, Operations Management, MSI etc)

Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Network and System Administrator        (1)

The Network and system Administrator will be responsible for planning, design, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of systems and services at Ace institute.

Some requirements related to the position are as follows:

Education: Bachelor’s degree / Preferably in Computer engineering, IT or computer applications

Knowledge/ Skills: Operating System Environment (Windows Server 2003 and later, Linux:CentOS, Redhat and Ubuntu, Hypervisor: Citrix and VMware)

Groupware, Database and Application Server System (Apache HTTP Server, Microsoft IIs Server, mySQL, MS SQL Server, Zimbra Collaboration Server, MS Active Directory Services, Network Information Management Servers such as Zabbix, Nagios). Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in network and system administration. Experience in the following areas is required:

·         Installation and maintenance of L2/L3 network and assets

·         Installation, Configuration and maintenance of Zimbra Collaboration Server, MS SQL Server administration and maintenance, backup and restoration of data base, file services.

·         Microsoft.Net applications and development environment.

·         Implementation and maintenance of NET based software application systems particularly related to finance, payroll, management and administration

Account Assistant (1)

The accounts assistant will be responsible for accounts and financial duties to support the Company’s accounting system. S/he will work as a part of accounting team and will report to the Financial Manager .S/he will be responsible for basic book keeping activities, maintaining record of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll and other financial data and generating financial reports.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management.

Knowledge/Skill: Specialized knowledge in finance and accounting. Competent in accounting software like FACT/Tally, Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
