Noskathon Lite is an exhilarating intra-college hackathon event scheduled for January 12th and 13th, 2025. It is designed to inspire innovation and problem-solving among talented individuals and teams. This year, the event proudly hosts 50 teams, each bringing their creativity and technical expertise to address real-world challenges under three impactful themes: Open Source for Change, Climate Action through Technology, and AI for Good.
Noskathon Lite Event Timeline
Day 1: Inauguration & Hacking Session

7:00 AM – Check-In
- Participants arrive and register for the event. Kits containing necessary materials and goodies will be distributed.

7:00 AM – 7:15 AM – Tea & Breakfast
- Participants enjoy Tea & Breakfast arranged by the Organizing Committee.

7:15 AM – Inauguration Ceremony
- The event officially begins with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a symbolic balloon release.

7:30 AM – 11:30 PM – Brainstorming and Project Setup
- Teams start brainstorming and coding their solutions. Mentors will provide guidance to help shape initial ideas.

1:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Lunch Break
- Participants enjoy lunch and refreshments arranged by the Organizing Committee.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM – First Judging session
- Teams present updates on their progress to the Judges.

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Hacking Session
- Teams continue working on development and prototyping. Mentors check in to provide mid-session feedback and suggestions.

Day 2: Code and Presentation

- Participants enjoy snacks and refreshments arranged by the Organizing Committee. Judges deliberate and prepare the results based on the presentations and project evaluations.

- Winners are announced, and the event concludes with a celebratory ceremony to recognize the participants' efforts and achievements.
