Ambassador of Pakistan Essay Writing Competition

The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Kathmandu holds “Ambassador of Pakistan Essay Writing Competition” in English every year among Nepalese students of various schools/colleges. Details for this year's competition have been disclosed by the embassy and interested candidates are required to submit an essay following the below listed terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

• The essay will be written English language
• Nepalese students from Intermediate (10+2 / A-Level) of various schools/ colleges are requested to submit essays on the topic "SAARC - How can it be used for Regional Prosperity?".
• A copy of typed essay on the topic, ranging between 2,500-3,000 words, will be submitted to "Education Section, Embassy of Pakistan, Pushpanjali, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu" by May 20, 2023. Cash prizes of NRs 40,000/-, 30,000/- and 25,000/- each will be awarded to First, Second and Third position holders respectively. The next top ten Essay Writers would be awarded cash prize of NRs. 5,000/- each.
• All the participants are requested to submit two latest passport size photographs and their contact numbers alongwith the essay.
• The prize distribution ceremony will be held on June 15, 2023 at Hyatt Place, near Saaltee Hotel, Kathmandu..
• Prize holders alongwith one representative from the institution should reach the venue by 09:00AM
