Applicant seeking admission to the GCI SIU MBA programs should meet with the criteria stated under.

Admission Eligibility

  1. Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 2 CGPA and 45%.
  2. Fluent in oral and written English communication.
  3. Strong learning aptitude.
  4. Sound mental health.

Required Documents

  1. Completed and signed MBA application form
  2. Letter of reference from at least one referee
  3. Official transcripts from all the academic institutions attended
  4. Migration Certificate

Selection Criteria

  • Computer based test of multiple choice questions (CBT- MCQ)
  • Written test (mini case solving)
  • Group discussions

Admission Criteria

Curriculum

The MBA program consists of 16 thematic courses, 1 Internship Project (mandatory but non-credit), and 1 Graduate Research Project (Master Research Thesis) – all counting for minimum 60 credit hours of formal evaluation. On top of it, there is also a provision of having up to 3 additional elective courses of graduates’ personal choice to enhance the number of credit hours in the selected areas of specialization. The MBA curriculum is revised and updated timely on a periodic basis following an extensive consultation with the eminent academicians, leading practitioners in the industry as well as MBA alumni working at senior levels in the industry.
