MPhil Programs in Nepal

The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) is a graduate degree that places a strong emphasis on research activities. It strives to produce highly skilled, competitive human resources in a variety of fields, including management, educational planning, administration, and supervision. MPhil in Education with specializations in Curriculum Studies, Development Studies, and Leadership Studies is offered by the Faculty of Education (FoE).

The first two semesters of this three-semester program are devoted to taught courses, while the final semester is devoted to writing the required dissertation. The third semester consists of eight credit hours of dissertation writing while the previous two semesters consist of 24 credit hours of coursework.
