Post Graduate Diploma in Security Management (PGDSM) is open to Nepali and non-Nepali national with

1. A degree with minimum three years post degree work experience.
2. Minimum 40 percent marks in aggregate or 2.0 CGPA out of 4 (from Universities approved by Kathmandu University). 

Admission process starts every July- August.

Admission Test 
Upon submission of the completed application form with the required documents, the Admission Committee of KUSOM administers the admission process. Selection of the candidate is based on:

1. KUSOM Graduate Management Admission Test comprising numerical aptitude, critical reasoning and English language proficiency
2. Group Discussion
3. Interview
4. Merits of academic attainments up to the undergraduate level
