Library
The library has been upgraded to enhance the teaching and learning experience, with a vast array of resources including books, periodicals, and journals, as well as a continuously expanding collection of materials. Additionally, there are plans underway to establish an e-library in the near future.
Evaluation
Lumbini Adarsha Degree College has implemented an efficient system of regular and periodic internal assessments, which allows for constant monitoring of each program's progress. These internal evaluations serve as a valuable tool to offer constructive feedback to both students and their parents. The university's most noteworthy feature is the incorporation of a 20% internal assessment in all subjects. The following components are required for internal evaluation: assessment/assignment, paper presentation, and attendance.
Council of Research and Development
This department serves as an extension to maintain the academic excellence of the college, and it comprises the following goals:

Orientation Program for Fresh Students
Lumbini Adarsha Degree College recognizes that students entering the college hail from diverse academic, social, and economic backgrounds. To help ease the transition into LADC's academic environment, the college arranges an orientation program for new students. This program aims to educate students on the advantages of teamwork and guide them in maximizing the benefits of their LADC experience. The college also invites distinguished individuals from various professions to address students on topics related to education and career development.
Method of Instruction
The M.Ed. program employs a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, group discussions, PRA, and demonstrations. Additionally, the courses will incorporate seminars, term paper presentations, assignments, case analyses, problem-solving exercises, practical experiences, and fieldwork. By utilizing a diverse range of instructional techniques, students will develop skills in self-learning, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
