The MBS program's primary goal is to equip students with the skills necessary to be effective managers and to fill the demand for higher-level managers in organizations, particularly in the functional areas of management. Upon graduation, a student should be qualified to work as a manager in the fields of accounting, marketing, finance, and general management in the economy's private, public, and non-profit sectors, both domestically and abroad. Lectures, group projects, presentations, and free-choice themes pertinent to business and social development make up the teaching approaches.

Applicants must have passed their bachelor's level exams to be admitted to the college. The TU-conducted CMAT Exam is required. In addition, they must have the behavioral traits necessary to uphold the required student standards.
