Admissions open for Diploma in Culinary Arts and F&B Service

Admission Open for 7th batch, Starting on 2nd February, 2013

Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management has announced new admissions for Diploma in Food and Beverage Service and  Diploma in Culinary Arts. Classes will be start from 2nd February 2013. These courses were offered in affiliation with  Culinary Solutions Australia International. 

Diploma in Food and Beverage Service (6 month course)

Diploma in Food and Beverage Service covers the skills required for a range of operational areas in the Hospitality industry. The content areas within the course include: Customer service, hygiene, health, safety and security, general administration, food and beverage,  financial administration and computer technology.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Bar Attendant; Coffee Barista, Food/Drink Waiter, Cocktail Bar Attendant
 
Diploma in Culinary arts

The qualification of Diploma in Culinary arts provides the skills and knowledge for an person to be graded as a cook in Continental cuisine.

It is reccommended for students wishing to obtain employment at 4 or 5 star rated hotels and work on an International basis.

Work would be undertaken in various hospitality enterprises where food is prepared and served, including restaurants, hotels, Cruises, Plubs, cafes, cafeterias and coffee shops. It may be teamed with 3 electives units in cooking in local cuisine so students learned a wider variety of food and job prospects for local employment are better. 

It is usually studied over a period of six months totaling 800 hours study
