We are looking for a dynamic, suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our Examinations Services Team as Examinations Services Officer.

Examinations Services Officer responsibilities

To achieve British Council objectives through the efficient and professional administration of all examinations services. To deliver examinations services to customers and UK partners, ensuring that implementation of agreed administrative systems meet all exams standards. Security, integrity and delivery of all examinations delivered by the Nepal Exams branch according to British Council Examinations Quality Standards (EQS) standards, exam board standards and Equality & Diversity principles. Logistical arrangements in Nepal for all examinations administered in partnership with other British Council teams

Basic Skills, Knowledge and Experience required for the post are:

•Must be able to understand the values of the British Council and understand market and customer needs.

•Must be able to communicate clearly in English and Nepali. Must be willing to share knowledge and understand the purpose and audience. An overall band score of 6.5 or above in IELTS is preferred.

•Proven knowledge of operations management systems with team leading responsibilites.

•At least three years proven work experience in an administration system demonstrating the ability to meet a wide variety organisational objectives.

•A University Degree level qualification in any subject preferably business or operations management.

•Good interpersonal skills for customer and marketing activity management

•User knowledge of IT systems and sufficient IT skills to create and manipulate spreadsheets and presentation software to facilitate effective marketing and promotional activities.
