Entrance Examination 2011

 

Applications are invited for the Bachelor in Nursing Science programme of Kathmandu University.  

 

Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates should have:

• Successfully completed 3 years certificate level of nursing from a recognized institution and should have secured an aggregate of 50% or more marks.

• A minimum of two years work experience after successful completion of the certificate nursing course.

• Full physical and mental fitness.

 

Application Form Submission Process and Deadline

The applicant must download the application form from www.ku.edu.np or www.dhulikhelhospital.org and completed application form along with the photocopies of the mark sheet of S.L.C. , documents of certificate level in nursing (mark sheets, character certificate and degree), citizenship certificate, Nepal Nursing Council registration certificate  and bank voucher worth NRs.1,500/- (non-refundable) of  Nepal Investment Bank, deposited in the name of KUSMS Saving Account Number: 005 8261140  submit to the Dean's office, School of Medical Sciences, Dhulikhel Hospital, Dhulikhel during office days from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM on or before 3 March, 2011 Thursday. Deposits can be made through any branch of Nepal Investment Bank. 

 

Entrance Test: Date, Time and Venue

Entrance Test: 6 March, 2011 Sunday

Time:  1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. 

Venue: Basic Medical Sciences, School of Medical Sciences, Chaukot, Kavre

 

Admission will be made on the basis of performance in the Entrance Test followed by interview. Interviews will be conducted by the concerned institution.
