Inquiry open for Bachelor programs at St. Lawrence College - 2083

St. Lawrence College, in affiliation with Tribhuvan University, announces that inquiries are open for the following Bachelor's level programs: 

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Bachelor of Arts in Social Work (BASW)
  • Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
  • BSc Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc CSIT)

Eligibility:

B.Sc. CSIT

The candidate applying for a BSc.CSIT program must have:

  • Appeared in the entrance test conducted by the Institute of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University (ISOT-TU), and should secure at least 35% marks in order to be eligible.
  • Completed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with a Minimum 'C' grade in all subjects of grades 11 and 12 by taking Physics and Mathematics of 100 marks.

(Note: Both the Biology and Mathematics groups of students of +2 level are eligible to apply for the course)

BCA

  • Minimum D+ grade in each subject of grades 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 2.0 or more

    Or,

  • Minimum score of second division marks in 10+2, PCL, or equivalent in any discipline.

    Or,

  • Students who have passed grade 11 and are waiting for the supplementary exam (PURAK PARIKSHA) of grade 12 are also eligible to apply. However, they have to submit all the required documents at the time of admission.
  • Applicants are required to appear in the entrance test conducted by the Institute of Humanities and Social Science, Tribhuvan University, and should secure at least 35% marks in order to be eligible.

BBS and BSW

The candidate applying for the BBS/ BSW programs must have:

  • Successfully completed +2 Level or its equivalent from any University, board, or institution recognized by Tribhuvan University, and must secure at least D+ in every subject.

    Or,

  • passed + 2 or Intermediate or PCL from TU or from any other institution recognized by TU with a minimum of 45% marks.
