Form Fill-up Notice for 
Entrance Examination for the Admission to: 
Master of Computer Application (MCA) for the Academic Session 2023 (2080/081 B.S.)

ELIGIBILITY:

The entry requirement for students in Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is: 

•  Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE Computer/Electronics/Information Technology/Software) o Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)
• Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Technology (BSc.CSIT)
• Bachelor of Information Management (BIM)
• Bachelor of Education in Information and Communication Technology (Bed. ICT/BICT)

Completed the Bachelor's Degree with minimum B (2.7) grade (as defined in grading system for BCA, TU, FOHSS or equivalent) or equivalent degree from recognized institution. or
Minimum score of 45 percent (for annual system) in Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree.

ADMISSION DETAILS

1. Online Entrance Application Form: 28 April - 13 May 2024 (16th-31st Baishakh 2081 B.S.)
2. Online Entrance Application Form in Double Fees: 14 - 16 May 2024 (1st-3rd Jestha 2081 B.S.)
3. Entrance Examination Fee: Rs. 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundreds Only). During the time of filling-up the application form, student should pay through e-Sewa or Khalti by online mode. The deposited amount cannot be refunded.

•  Entrance Examination (Written): 18 May 2024 (5th Jestha 2081 B.S.)
• Entrance Exam Time:1:00 PM
• Exam Center will be published later.
• Entrance Result: -20 May 2024 (7th Jestha 2081 B.S.)

Enrolling Campus:  For Only Patan Multiple Campus, Patandhoka, Lalitpur. Quota: 30 Only
