In the upcoming academic session of 2081, admissions are open for various classes across different branches:

  • Class 6 at Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya in Bhaktapur, Pokhara, Dharan, Surkhet, Kailali, Chitwan, and Bardibas
  • Classes 6, 7, and 8 at Butwal
  • Classes 1 and 3 (reserved for girls) at Vijeshwari Gyan Mandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya and Ripumardini Sainik Mahavidyalaya.
  • Sons and daughters of Nepali army Sakal Darja (reserved and former soldiers), along with civilians willing to pursue education in a disciplined, English medium environment at Class 1 in Sainik Mahavidyalaya and Shwettara Monteshwari Sainik School, starting from pre-primary levels (Play Group and Nursery), are encouraged to apply for admission following the prescribed guidelines.

Application forms can be downloaded or obtained from the principal's office of the respective college/school or via the website, with applicable fees, except on public holidays.

Key Details

  • Minimum qualifications for admission require passing the previous academic year with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, and meeting age criteria. Additionally, candidates must successfully pass a written entrance test, an interview, and a general health examination.
  • Required documents include attested copies of academic transcripts, character certificates, birth certificates, and photographs. Children of serving or ex-soldiers must provide specific documentation as mentioned in the admission criteria.

  • Distribution and registration of program forms: From 9th Chaitra 2080 to 20th Chaitra 2080, between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (except on Public Holidays)
  • Contact and Admit Card Distribution: Friday, 23rd Chaitra 2080, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Written entrance examination: Saturday, 24th Chaitra 2080, at 1:00 PM
