Kathmandu Model College (KMC), located at Balkumari Lalitpur and affiliated to Tribhuvan University announces admissions open in the following programs of Bachelor Level for the new academic year.

Established in 2000 AD, Kathmandu Model College continues to be a top-ranking college in the private sector with excellent scores in Bachelor Level programs.

BBA, and BBM Application Process

Students interested in applying to these programs must pass the CMAT exams conducted by TU. 

Eligibility

Eligibility for BBM programs

The candidate applying for BBA and BBM programs:

  • Must have scored at least a D+ grade in each subject of Class 11 and 12.
  • Must have passed the entrance test of TU (CMAT) and personal interview conducted by the college.

Eligibility for BBS programs

The candidate applying for BBS programs:

  • Must have scored at least a D+ grade in each subject of Class 11 and 12.
  • Must have passed the entrance test conducted by the college.

Kathmandu Model College is well equipped with the state of the art technology. It has a well-managed computer lab with 30 desktop computers. It is also equipped with multimedia facilities with two PowerPoint projectors and two laptops for classroom teaching. We have been using the facility of multimedia in our classroom teaching. 24 hour-internet facility is available for students and faculty.

LIBRARY

KMC has a very sound library facility. The textbook section is rich enough to serve the demand of the ever-increasing student numbers. The reference section is equally strong with the availability of widely referred books in the field of management and social sciences. The availability of selected journals, study reports, audio-video CDs and other reference materials has added value in the library and documentation center.

CENTER FOR INDUSTRY INTERACTION(CII)

The center for Industry Interaction provides an interface between academics and the industry through interactive sessions. Leading practitioners from diverse backgrounds share their insights with the students at these interactive sessions.

SPORTS

KMC various games, both indoor and outdoor that include table tennis, badminton, basketball, chess, football, and cricket to re-energize the teaching-learning process.
