  2. Entrance Examination (written)                     16th July, 2023 (31st Ashad, 2080)
  3. Written Exam Result:                                      17th July, 2023 (1st Shrawan, 2080) 
  4. Interview of the selected applicants: 18th July, 2023 (2nd Shrawan, 2080) 
  5. Entrance Result Publication             19th July, 2023 (3rd Shrawan, 2080) 
  6. Admission from the merit list:         20th & 21st July, 2023 (4th & 5th Shrawan, 2080) 
  7. Admission from the waiting list:      22nd & 23rd July, 2023 (6th & 7th Shrawan, 2080) 
  8. Orientation of the New Students:    24th July, 2023 (8th Shrawan, 2080)
  9. Commencement of Class:   27th July, 2023 (11th Shrawan, 2080)

Please Note:

Students who are deprived from parental care (single parent/parentless) or whose parents are suffering from terminal diseases, those from the families below poverty line, differently abled (parent/child), students from marginalized/minority/ dalit communities, financially deprived but diligent, permanent inhabitants of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality are encouraged to apply.

Please submit authentic document to support your claim for the above categories. For financially deprived but diligent permanent inhabitants of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality category, the applicants must submit to the school, the original copy of recommendation letter from Madhyapur Thimi Municipality along with a copy of document that authenticates being the permanent inhabitant of Madhyapur Thimi Municipality, in hard copy, before the application dead line.
